Neece had been using fitness trackers for several years but they “died” often, didn’t track very much, or the app was terrible so she decided to see if there were something outstanding in the world of wearables.

The hydration importance

First of all, Neece paid attention to her hydration level and all body state reports provided by the HEALBE app. Thanks to the data, Neece realized that she was not drinking enough and was nearly always dehydrated. The app often showed that she was on a low hydration level so she had to drink more water.

Wearable guide to healthy eating

Apart from hydration, Neece really likes that GoBe is tracking what she eats automatically. She notes that the information about nutrients she has from the meal is more important and useful than tracking meals in any diaries.

“I really wanted to track food, but it is so tedious with other devices because they show what you consumed but not what you actually get out of the food. The way that GoBe does it is amasing!”, Neece says.

Neece likes the information about the macronutrients (carbs, fats and proteins) and says it is extremely accurate because when she eats something with a lot of carbs, her HEALBE app shows her what exactly she has eaten.

“As a science geek, I am amazed at the graph that I can see in the app about my calories in and out. It takes even my basal metabolism into account”

While using other fitness devices, Neece was eating what her fitness pal told she should eat, but she wasn’t getting even close to lose weight or maintain weight – she still was gaining weight. Since she’s had the GoBe, Neece had managed to adjust a diet and add a bit more exercise to help her reach the goal weight:

With the help of GoBe, Neece has become better hydrated and fit than she was. She has achieved a weight goal, and she is going to continue her adventure to a better self with GoBe: Neece wants to work with stress and sleep, going to use all functions of the app to the max and achieve new goals.
