  • Hydration levels show whether your body is getting enough water. It shows your water balance as normal or low
  • The marks above the hydration level graph can help you determine when your body is spending extra water and learn exactly how many milliliters it is using in periods of dehydration. Below the graph, on the contrary, the periodic water usage is marked.
  • Total loss summarizes the total amount of water spent by the body in 24 hours
  • A water deficit shows a lack of water down to milliliters in the moments your body needs it
  • Hydration levels show whether your body is getting enough water. It shows your water balance as normal or low
  • The marks above the hydration level graph can help you determine when your body is spending extra water and learn exactly how many milliliters it is using in periods of dehydration. Below the graph, on the contrary, the periodic water usage is marked.
  • Total loss summarizes the total amount of water spent by the body in 24 hours
  • A water deficit shows a lack of water down to milliliters in the moments your body needs it

All Water balance values are given in milliliters. This allows you to know exactly how much water you need to avoid water deficiency and help your body perform at its best.
