Follow these simple guidelines:
The smart band’s screen has a protective oleophobic coating, so it is better
to wash the screen with clean water only.
Do not use detergents or wipes containing alcohol or solvents, as they may
damage the protective coating.
To clean the sensor, apply some surfactant-based dishwashing detergent
or liquid soap with a cotton swab. Then rinse it off with water and wipe the sensor to dry it.
1. Moisten a cotton swab and apply a small amount of surfactant-based dishwashing detergent or liquid soap.
2. Wipe the contacts, detergent should foam.
3. Rinse off the foam under running water, keep wiping the contacts with the swab.
4. Rinse the socket and whole contact panel again with clean water, without using the cotton swab anymore.
5. Dry with a towel and wipe all the contacts with the dry end of a cotton swab.
Do not wash the charging cable contacts directly with water, as they
are not water-resistant.
Use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean cable contacts if needed.
Clean your smart band 1-2 times a week if you train hard or see that GoBe3
starts losing contact with your skin more often.
Rinse and dry your GoBe3 after every intensive physical activity.
To prevent residue, clean the power socket contacts with soap and clean water
1-2 times a week, especially after intense physical activity.
