Google Fit is an application designed for something more than just tracking user activity. It’s also great in collecting data from other applications.
With this app, you can analyze your activity levels, set fitness goals, and receive recommendations for achieving them.
Once the Google Fit integration is set, all of your smart band data will be copied to both the HEALBE app and Google Fit. So, from now on, you will be able to evaluate your future progress from a wider perspective.
1. Launch the HEALBE GoBe mobile app
2. Go to settings (easy to find by the gear icon⚙️)
3. Turn on the integration with Google Fit and activate both switches

Apple Health is an external service that allows various applications to share health and biometric data..

Data is uploaded to Apple Health every time the HEALBE app syncs with the HEALBE GoBe.
