HOW DOES GOBE MEASURE YOUR STRESS LEVEL?


Healbe GoBe Is A New Stress Level Monitor Stress affects all of us. Stress is everywhere. And while a little stress is OK…some stress is actually beneficial…too much stress can wear you down and make you sick. Both mentally and physically. A good stress level monitor will help you to find balance.

The Healbe GoBe Body Manager estimates your stress level once an hour by checking on your heart rate. Then, through the complex analysis of your sleep quality data and anthropometrical parameters like weight, height, sex and age, it helps you monitor stress level. In the Healbe app you will see your stress level monitor in a hourly diagram for the last 24 hours. There are 5 sections that correspond to each stress level, with 1 meaning “No Stress” and 5 signifying “High Stress Level.”
