After Stephen had got GoBe, his life started to change step-by-step. He didn’t have a big problem with weight, but he wanted to be fit and maintain his weight. His main aim was to make an average productivity better and become more energetic.

To solve the stress problem, Stephen started to look for triggers and try to decrease his stress levels when he notices one. He paid attention to the data that GoBe showed to him and tried to monitor and track how levels change over time.

Stephen shared that he found some easy things to cope with stress: going outside, getting some air or going for a walk. He found them by checking his stress level before/after and found out these simple things really help. Even if it was at night, he did breathing and tried to relax, and saw that the stress level filled down.

In addition, Stephen changed his diet. He took a closer look at what he ate and started to change what he ate for lunch or in the morning to avoid fast carbohydrates.

In result, he was able to lose weight by 5 pounds, get fit and normalize his sleep and stress level. Stephen says he is now seeing more days when his stress levels are at “Safe” or “Low» and his sleep has become better.
