Hope that as you’ve started using your GoBe3, that the past few days were insightful. Let’s take a look at some tips which will help you use your band the best way.
Just wanted to make sure: are you charging your GoBe3 properly?
Before charging GoBe3, make sure that the metal contacts on the band and on the charging cable are clean and dry.
To make sure your GoBe3 collects all the data from your meals, we recommend charging the band at least 30 minutes before the first meal of the day, or in the evening after dinner, no sooner than three to four hours after your last meal of the day. This way, you’ll ensure that the estimated calorie intake from your GoBe3 will be the most accurate.
Remember, GoBe3 should be fully charged at least once a day for 90 minutes, or twice a day for 45 minutes each charge.
IMPORTANT!
When less than five percent of the charge remains, the device stops collecting data and switches into Power-saving mode, showing only the time and a notification that the battery is almost empty. Since GoBe3 doesn’t collect any data in the Power-saving mode, be aware that if you continue to wear GoBe3 in this state, you will not see any data for this period in the app or on the band.
In order to preserve the life of the battery:
Do not let the battery discharge completely, that is, to the point the device
turns off automatically;
When charging, use a power source that produces a voltage of at least
4.8 volts and an electric current of at least 700 mA.
Please keep in mind it is required to sync the GoBe3 with your smartphone at least once every 5 days to save your data for this time range.
