Sometimes GoBe3 doesn’t get close enough to your skin to work properly. In this case, it alerts you with a gentle vibration and a notification on the screen:

This notification appears when GoBe3 loses contact with your skin for more than 1 minute. To close it, just touch the screen.
In order to provide GoBe3 with a good contact while keeping it comfortable, always wear the band 1-2 finger widths above your wrist bone.

If contact is lost in the current position, try tightening the strap slightly. The sensor should fit snugly against the skin, yet remain comfortable to wear.

Tattoos, scars, and other skin deformities may block the sensor’s contact with your skin. In these cases, you can put the band on the other hand or rotate it to the inside of your wrist.
GoBe3 is designed to be worn for a long time. But your skin may not be ready for it. To avoid discomfort, keep the skin under the band clean and dry, wash it regularly, and avoid using cosmetics on the area.
The skin and the band itself should be washed and wiped dry after every workout with active sweating.
