Your HEALBE GoBe3 smart band will serve you longer and better if you clean its charging contacts and sensors regularly.
Don’t worry about water getting on the charging contacts of the band. GoBe3 is water-resistant and can even be rinsed under running water. The band can be cleaned both when it is on and off.

1. Moisten a cotton swab with clean water

2. Apply a small amount of hand soap or dishwashing detergent to the tip of a moistened cotton swab

3. Lather the soap on a stick and wipe all parts of the inside of your band:
• contact pad electrodes
• optical sensor
• charging slot
• charging slot contacts

Do not allow the foam to get on the screen, as it is coated with an oleophobic coating. If this happens, wipe the screen dry

4. Rinse the foam from the band under running water, still wiping the surfaces with a cotton swab

5. Rinse again with water without using the cotton swab and detergent

6. Wipe the device dry with a tissue paper

7. In addition, wipe the contacts of the charging slot and its plug with a dry cotton swab
For cosmetic purposes, you can wipe the strap in the same way, just be sure that the soap does not get on the screen.
Never use the following products to clean the band:
— chlorine-based products
— abrasives
— highly active alkaline products (e.g., for cleaning pipes, sinks, and stoves)
Wipes with alcohol and alcohol-containing products.
To help your GoBe3 last longer, you should clean it regularly, once or twice
a week.
If you are active in sports or if the band gets dirty more often for other reasons,
clean it as it gets dirty
If you are experiencing charging problems, it could be caused by contamination.
Even an inconspicuous plaque on the charging contacts of GoBe3 can affect the charging quality
Clean your GoBe3 until visible dirt is gone
Regular cleaning prevents possible contamination and charging problems
