Installing HEALBE App
In order to start using your GoBe3, please install or update the HEALBE app. Please follow this link to see the steps required to install or update it.
Getting started with HEALBE GoBe3
Before activating your GoBe3 for the first time, peel off the protective film from the band and wipe all external surfaces with a dry cotton pad.
Connect GoBe3 to a power source to turn it on:
- Carefully pull out the charging socket’s plug located on the rear of the band. Make sure that the HEALBE logo is directed toward the band’s sensors. Сonnect the charging cable to the socket. Push the cable in until it stops;
- Сonnect the cable to the USB port of your computer or a USB plug adapter and turn on the power source;
- GoBe3 display will show the charging progress screen;
- Wait until the GoBe3 display shows the welcome screen with a message that the device is ready to connect to the app.
Before you start using your GoBe3
IMPORTANT! While charging, we strongly recommend downloading the firmware update as this process can take up to 50 minutes.
How to install GoBe updates
- Hold your GoBe3 close to your smartphone
- Enable Bluetooth and connect your smartphone to the internet
- Launch the HEALBE app and log in
- Tap the band icon
at the top-right corner of the home screen (Dashboard) - Tap “Connect” to connect the app to your GoBe3
- Tap “Install” and wait for the installation end
