We hope you’ve already begun to get used to your GoBe3. Below you will find some important tips to help you get the most out of your smart band.
Last time you’ve learned how to put the band on charge. It’s time to find out when to do it, and how to prolong the band’s life.
Some meals are digested for up to 20 hours, so in order not to lose calorie data, wear your GoBe continuously, without taking it off at night, pausing only for charging. If you don’t have such an option, it’s important to wear the band at least half an hour before meals and keep it on for 3-4 hours after eating, when your body is actively digesting food.

The best moments to charge the band is in the morning, 2 hours before your breakfast, or before going to bed, 3-4 hours after dinner.
The band’s full charge takes 90 minutes, and it takes 30 minutes to calibrate when worn

To last longer, GoBe3 goes into a power-saving mode when its charge is below 5%.
In this mode, the band doesn’t collect any data and shows only the time, so you won’t see any readings or graphs for that period in the HEALBE app.
A few tips to help your GoBe3 last longer:

Try not to drain the band’s battery until the point it completely turns off and do not store it in a fully discharged state

Charge the band using a power source with a voltage of at least 4.8V and a current of at least 700 mA (USB 2.0).

GoBe3 needs to be connected to the app at least once every 5 days to transmit and save your data
