Information Security Specialist
I often get stressed when I feel an overabundance of information and when it is difficult to communicate with other people, for example, clients.
I am engaged in hiking, and it helps me get rid of unnecessary thoughts, distracting me from the hustle and bustle. But hiking takes a lot of time, so this method is not always convenient.
Nowadays, I monitor stress in the app, and if I see more than a few hours of accumulated stress, I take a walk in the park near my office during lunchtime to help clear my mind. After work, I walk part of the route rather than using public transport.
It helps me to reboot without waiting for the weekend and to be more attentive to my condition.

Engineer, programmer
I often get stressed while working.
Walking, talking with friends, and meditation helped.
I learned that stress levels depend on many factors, including various physical indicators such as pulse or sleep anxiety. I bought a smart band to understand the state of my body better. Now I see a direct interconnection. It turns out that I experience stress at work and also when I don’t get enough sleep or don’t drink enough water.

Housewife working from home as a sales manager
I usually feel stressed by getting into the routine of household and at work, as I have to convince customers to buy.
I took a break when I’ve noticed that I was reacting to everything more sharply than usual. At the same time, even during my holidays, I often stick to social networks, but that doesn’t always help.
With the help of the smart band, I realized that social media does not only help to cope with stress but also increases it. Now, when I see a high level of stress on the screen of my GoBe, I put off some of the tasks and give some time to myself. For example, I write a diary, do self-massage, and do breathing practices.

Product manager, designer
At work, I have a lot of urgent tasks, as I monitor deadlines being responsible for the result of the whole team.
Usually, I saved myself by doing physical activity and meditative dishwashing. When I had the opportunity, I rode on the race track.
I track stress data retrospectively. The smart band helps me to see what kind of event caused the overstrain directly and how my body reacted to this situation.
Event agency director, mother of 3 children
As a mother of 3 children and an agency director, I have to keep a lot of things in my head. Sometimes I am simply bursting with information. In addition, I communicate a lot with people, and I often get tired of it since I don’t have enough time for myself.
I smoked a lot and drank 1-2 glasses of wine in the evening after work.
I had a lot of accumulated stress. And when I realized this, the first thing I did was taking a vacation. I left my husband alone, leaving the children to my grandmothers. For the first few days, I just slept a lot. Then, after a little rest, I began to build my daily routine from scratch. The data on my sleep quality, hydration, and energy balance also helped me fight against stress. Before, I often forgot to eat. And when I raised my level of life – by eating, sleeping and drinking normally, my stress level became much lower.
