Unlock new capabilities with GoBe

HEALBE GoBe is a unique smart band that tracks key health metrics and helps users achieve their goals. Powered by proprietary technologies, GoBe automates the measurement of essential physiological processes, including absorbed calories, hydration balance, and even stress and neuroactivity levels.

Let’s take a closer look at GoBe’s capabilities and how to use them most effectively.

Energy Balance — balance between calorie intake and expenditure

This section of the app helps you track calories coming from food and beverages.

When using this feature, it is important to understand that the smart band does not simply estimate calories based on indirect indicators such as heart rate or hand movement. Throughout the entire time you wear GoBe, it calculates calories based on parameters of intercellular fluid metabolism.

In other words, the smart band measures the calories that actually enter your body, and precisely at the moment they are absorbed. For example, a can of soda may appear in your data almost immediately — within 10–20 minutes — while a large, complex meal may be absorbed over up to 72 hours. This represents a worst-case scenario, when the digestive load exceeds the body’s available resources. In instrumental study on this topic, the median absorption time was 27.7 hours.

Energy balance

Displays the overall balance between calorie absorption and calorie expenditure at the current moment or for the day. Helps you understand whether your body is getting enough activity and whether calorie intake should be adjusted.

Calorie Intake

Shows how many calories were absorbed by your body from food and beverages.

Protein, fat, and carbohydrate ratio

This feature is currently in beta testing and may have a higher margin of error. Calculates an approximate ratio of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.

Burned calories

The total amount of calories spent on various types of activity and natural physiological processes.

Basal metabolism

Calories spent on maintaining vital functions such as heartbeat and breathing.

Activity

Total calories spent on physical activity. This includes the following activity types:

Calm

Any activity with minimal movement, such as working at a computer.

Routine

Repetitive activity involving a small amount of movement.

Walking and running

Total calories spent on walking or running activity.

Heart Health

GoBe smart bands measure your heart rate continuously while worn, without requiring any additional commands or actions. With sufficient wear time, you can track how different activities affect your heart rate throughout the day and night.

Current heart rate

Allows you to check your heart rate at any moment or monitor it during workouts.

Maximum heart rate

Helps avoid excessive training loads and reduce the risk of overexertion.

Minimum heart rate

When worn at night, helps monitor heart health over time and identify certain risk factors.

Average heart rate during sleep and wakefulness

These indicators reflect recovery quality and the level of daily physiological load.

Blood pressure

This feature is in beta testing and may have reduced accuracy. Blood pressure estimation based on pulse wave characteristics.

Water balance

GoBe helps you track how your body actually uses and retains water. This is one of the most valuable metrics in the app, as it shows when your body truly lacks fluids — not when it “should” according to generic rules like 30 ml per kilogram.

The smart band measures hydration levels using the same patented sensors that measure calories. Both functions are based on monitoring parameters of intercellular fluid in body tissues.

As a result, GoBe provides real measurements and an objective assessment of whether your body has enough fluid at the current moment.

Current hydration level

Displays your current hydration status — whether your body has enough water. If a deficit is detected, the app will show how much water you need to drink.

Total water expenditure

Shows how much fluid your body has used. It is important to understand that this is a cumulative value, not a direct instruction.

Time with low or normal hydration

The total amount of time you spent in each hydration state.

Water inake reminders

When GoBe detects a downward trend in body hydration or a prolonged deficit, the smart band alerts you with vibration.

Neuroactivity — keeping your nervous system in balance

GoBe evaluates neuroactivity based on GSR or EDA — electrodermal activity, which reflects the activity of the sympathetic nervous system. These data help you understand how tense or stable your body is throughout the day, how you respond to stressors, and when you are in states of optimal performance, calm, or overload.

Current state

Shows how tense or active your nervous system is right now. Identifies Calm, Efficacy, Strain, and Overload states.

Time of maximum strain

Marks the period when your body experienced the highest level of nervous strain.

Daily states

A detailed breakdown of your day showing how much time you spent in each state and how your load was distributed.

Stress — detect overload in advance

GoBe distinguishes between psychological and physiological load. For the smart band, stress is not a subjective emotional experience, but an objective physiological response of the body. Stress levels are determined using heart rate, activity, sleep, and many other indicators. These data help you see how bodily load changes throughout the day and which periods require additional recovery.

Current stress level

Shows how strained your body is at the current moment.

Stress risk zones on the chart

Help identify periods when physiological stress reaches critical levels. Elevated stress is already considered a risk state.

Accumulated stress

Reflects the amount of stress load that typically exceeds the body’s ability to recover in a single cycle. Any stress above the Light level is considered cumulative.

Daily stress levels

A breakdown of your day showing how much time you spent at each stress level.

Maximum and minimum stress levels

Records the times of the lowest and highest stress levels during the day.

Sleep

GoBe analyzes your sleep using several key parameters: duration, restlessness, recovery quality, and night cycle structure. The smart band helps you understand how well you are resting, how often your sleep is interrupted, and whether your rest meets your body’s individual needs. These metrics help reveal real causes of morning fatigue and gradually build a more stable sleep routine.

Sleep quality level and percentage

Help assess how fully your body recovered overnight based on multiple sleep parameters.

Sleep duration

Reflects actual sleep time, excluding periods of spontaneous awakenings.

Number and duration of awakenings

Help identify how often sleep was interrupted and how this affected its quality.

Sleep start and end time

Exact sleep start and end times help identify issues with falling asleep or waking up.

REM sleep phase chart

Helps determine sleep structure and completeness by tracking REM phases.

Sleep duration recommendations

A personalized recommendation based on stress and activity data.

Main screen

The current overall state of your body displayed on a single screen.

Weekly reports

Allow you to review trends in key metrics over the past seven days.

Notification Center

This is where important smart band notifications accumulate and where personalized educational articles are delivered.
